The hotel provided spacious and clean rooms that allowed us to rest and move on quickly, with AC available on a first-come, first-served basis. The service was friendly but not receptive to our bath complaints. The location was convenient for a stopover but required a pricey taxi ride for other destinations. The dining was not in the hotel and overpriced, with meals poorly presented in plastic containers. The facilities were limited.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and a decent shower over the bath. The service is friendly, but breakfast facilities and a bar are lacking. The location, just off the M5 with great parking, is convenient for travelers. The dining options are varied, with onsite Subway, Starbucks, and Burger King. Overall, a good value for money hotel with some minor drawbacks.

I paid £103 for 2 rooms for the night. The hotel was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Being on the ground floor was really helpful for us as we had a dog. However, the lack of air conditioning and locked windows made it challenging on warm nights with little chance for respite.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and even examined my son when he fell over due to a thunderstorm passing by. They found a used coffee cup in the room, which was a bit off-putting.

The hotel is a good stop to break a journey from Hampshire to Devon. It's simple, clean, and comfortable with modern accessories, but let down by the proximity to limited dining options.

There are no meals within walking distance, but dining options are available at the services nearby. It's not ideal if you wish for more variety and homemade dishes.

The services offer dining options and are very close to attractions like Brean and Weston at a reasonable price.
